The item is not personalized or custom-made
The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

Items that show signs of misuse or wear and tear
Products returned without prior approval
📦 Shipping Damage
We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged due to delivery, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.
🔍 Return Approval Process

Our specialist will assess the situation and confirm whether the return is approved
🚚 Return Shipping
If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs
For other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
